Beautiful, recently updated 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment that is part of a larger home, with a private staircase entrance. Only steps from downtown Carpinteria and 4 blocks from the beach. This lovely retreat is peaceful and relaxed, with wood floors, lots of light and comfortable touches throughout. Queen bedroom with ample space and lighting, queen comfortable sleeper bed in sofa. Luxury linens and towels provided. Sleeps 4; if there is a 5th guest (best suited for a child), we will provide a cot with bedding. The kitchen is well-stocked for all of your food preparation needs. It has ample counter space and a deep sink, and overhead there is a skylight. Also included is a parking spot, flat-screen TV and DVD player, outdoor balcony with seating and great view.
