Mail Center Forwarding Mail
Before you tell us where you want us to send your mail we need to give you some important details. Please read! :)
We only forward First-Class mail.
Marketing mail, presorted standard mail, non-profit and magazines cannot be forwarded and will remain at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ until you return. If you are not returning it will be recycled.
We are unable to forward intercampus mail. If you have left ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ or left for the summer, intercampus mail will be returned to the department that issued it and they determine if it will be mailed to you.
Christmas Break and Spring Break- We do not forward mail during this time. Chances are your mail will arrive home after you've returned to ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ!
Semester Abroad Programs - We will forward your mail to your permanent home address while you are away if you opt in to mail forwarding. See details below.
²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ in San Francisco - Mail is sent there once weekly.
²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Downtown - Mail is picked up by ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Downtown staff weekly.
Fall Semester Withdrawals - Your mail will be forwarded for 60 days if you opt in. See details below.
December Graduates and Withdrawals - Your mail will be forwarded for 60 days if you opt in. See details below.
Spring Semester withdrawals - Your mail will be forwarded for 60 days if you opt in. See details below.
May Graduates -Your mail will be forwarded for 60 days if you opt in. See details below.
Mayterm Attendees and all Returning Students- All mail will remain on campus unless you request forwarding. See details below. If forwarding is requested, we will forward your mail until August 5, after which, we will begin holding mail for your return.
International Mail:
Unfortunately, we are unable to forward USPS mail internationally. If your home address is outside of the U.S. and you are a returning student, we will hold the mail for your return. If there is mail you'd like to receive over the summer please contact the sender and give them your address.
If you have withdrawn or graduated you will need to pay to have mail and packages sent to an international address if they arrive at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ.
